Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The evening snacks and free drinks are a nice bonus. The only downside is the one working elevator, which caused a lot of delays. Parking can be tricky to find, but it's close to the Riverwalk.

The location is perfect, right on the Riverwalk, making it easy to explore. The parking garage is really tight and a bit challenging to navigate if you have a larger vehicle. Breakfast options are great, with plenty of hot choices and even evening snacks. Overall a nice stay.

Great location and friendly staff, but rooms felt outdated and balcony seating uncomfortable.

The staff made my stay unforgettable with their warm hospitality and helpful tips! I loved the complimentary evening food – it was perfect for my kids and saved us time. The outdoor pool was a highlight, especially the rooftop views and the delicious breakfast every morning!
Would be happy to recommend 💖😊

The room's bathroom was such a hassle—so cramped that I had to lean over the toilet just to close the door. Plus, the noise from the street was unbearable, even on the fourth floor. Definitely not worth the price.

The room was super clean, with fresh bedding and towels that smelled great. I appreciated the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Noise levels were impressively low at night, allowing for a good rest. the floors were quite dirty; my baby’s legs turned black within moments of crawling. The air conditioning struggled, making the room uncomfortably warm. Dust on the windows was noticeable. While the furniture was comfortable, the carpet didn’t feel pristine. The location made it easy to access attractions, though the parking was challenging, especially with larger vehicles.

The location on the Riverwalk is unbeatable, with plenty of attractions nearby. Breakfast and happy hour were standout perks, and the staff radiated warmth, always ready to help with a smile. the evening meal variety could use a refresh—having penne pasta twice in four nights felt repetitive. The fitness center needs improvement, and parking signage could definitely be clearer, leading to some frustrating moments. Despite the hiccups, the comfortable beds and friendly atmosphere made it a memorable stay. A few tweaks would elevate an already enjoyable experience!

Our son's graduation weekend was enhanced by this hotel. Spacious room for relaxation and a fantastic location near the Riverwalk provided ample entertainment options. Outstanding service from the front desk exceeded expectations. Breakfast and dinner offerings, including a taco bar, were impressive—especially for picky eaters. the parking situation was challenging, with narrow spaces and unexpected fees. A running toilet and lack of ventilation in the bathroom caused minor inconveniences. Room cleanliness and comfort were commendable. Managing our reservation was bothersome; clarity regarding pricing and pet fees is needed. Despite these hiccups, the stay was enjoyable, and the rooftop pool was a hit with my kids. Would return with reservations.

Staying here was a great experience as it is just a short walk from amazing spots like The Alamo, Tower Life Building, and various restaurants along the Riverwalk, making our weekend strolls super enjoyable; I loved starting the day with a tasty breakfast and the evening kickback was a fantastic surprise too, offering enough food to be a meal for my kids, who were thrilled with the heated rooftop pool; however, I did wish the water pressure in the shower could be better.

The hotel offers exciting animal encounters, delicious free meals, and fantastic entertainment. I felt like a VIP with their exceptional service. Can't wait to go back!
Oh, paying extra for parking and pet fees was just the cherry on top of a perfect stay.

The staff is super friendly and made us feel right at home. Breakfast is a feast, and the happy hour offers more snacks than you'd expect, plus the location is perfect for wandering around.
Just a heads up, we waited a bit longer than we'd like for our luggage help.

Just spent Easter weekend at this hotel. Located right on the riverwalk, we could easily walk to all the historic sites and restaurants. The room was spotless and comfy, the breakfast was average but tasty, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. We even got upgraded to a suite, thanks to their great service.

Our stay during Winter Storm Uri was rough, but the staff at Drury Inn & Suites worked tirelessly to ensure guests were taken care of. The location was perfect, and the service at the front desk was excellent. I'll recommend this hotel.

The kids had a blast exploring the theme park's thrilling coasters like the Thunderstorm and Whirlwind Twister, while my wife and I enjoyed the family, friendly atmosphere. The hotel's proximity to the park made our family vacation convenient and fun.
My wife says that the hotel could enhance its family, friendly experience by offering more options for dining on, site.

We hit up Six Flags Fiesta Texas and had a blast - the rides were insane! The kickback with free adult drinks was a vibe, and the staff was hella chill. Breakfast was clutch for those late mornings, and the location was dope - right by the Riverwalk!
Would've been even sicker if there was a pool party or some cool events for us young party peeps to turn up even more! .

The location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and entertainment venues without needing a car. The evening cocktail hour with complimentary food was a pleasant surprise, especially for picky eaters. The heated rooftop pool was a hit with my children and provided a nice relaxing break.
Parking was a challenge due to limited space in the garage, particularly for larger vehicles. The breakfast buffet lacked variety as it offered only sausage patties without bacon during my stay.

So, let me start with the positive vibes - the free toiletries in the room were a nice touch, and the ironing facilities came in handy for prepping our outfits for a day out. The heating in the room was spot on, kept us cozy during the chilly evenings. The flat-screen TV was a good size, perfect for winding down after a long day exploring the city. Now, on to the not-so-great parts. The air conditioning was a bit finicky, had to constantly adjust it to find the right balance between too cold and hardly any airflow. The terrace we paid extra for wasn't quite worth it, more of an obstructed view than a scenic overlook. And don't get me started on the parking situation - tight spaces and a hassle to navigate, especially if you're driving a larger vehicle. Despite these minor hiccups, the overall experience at Drury was pleasant. The friendly staff and clean facilities definitely stood out. Plus, the location was prime for exploring the Riverwalk area. Next time, I might opt for a room without a balcony and save on that extra cost. a decent stay with a few quirks here and there. Would consider coming back for the convenient location and great amenities.

during my recent stay at Drury Inn & Suites, i was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast offering a wide selection of at least four hot dishes and two waffle machines. the free "Kick Back" meal with three complimentary drinks each night was a great perk. the staff were courteous and helpful, and the central location made it convenient for exploring the city. the instant hot water and comfortable rooms added to the positive experience. it was a 4 to 5 star stay, with the only downside being the elevator situation.
Nothing, all was good 🙂

the hotel is super clean and in a fab spot - close to the alamo - briscoe museum, and lots of riverwalk restaurants. the staff is friendly and we loved the complimentary evening social hour with drinks and the delish breakfast. plus, being able to park in the garage before check-in was a bonus.
